Alicia sold my house and was my agent in buying my future home which was about an hour away.
She made the long trip, whenever necessary, for the painter and other workers who needed access to my new house. She explained the different processes of selling and buying each house. She was very patient with my many questions. Real estate rules and laws have changed since we sold our last house and bought the one I just sold. So different. Alicia is the greatest!
